Open the Buddy Board

Go to the link above on your phone or computer. Works in any browser — no app to download, no account needed.

Select your name

Pick your name from the dropdown at the top. This identifies you on the board so others know who to contact.

Check the Active Posts board

Scroll down to see who's looking for a playing partner. Posts are grouped by league date. If someone's availability matches yours, click Contact [name] to email them directly.

Post your own availability

If no one matches up, fill in the form — pick your league date, preferred time, and add a note like "Looking for 1–2 players, teeing off at 10am." Then hit Post to Bulletin Board. Your post goes live immediately and others can contact you directly via email.

How to Update Your Post

To manage your post, first select your name from the dropdown at the top of the page. Once your name is selected, your post on the board becomes yours to control — you'll see action buttons appear on it. From there you have several options:

✏️ Edit — update your note, time, or details without starting over.

🤝 Partner(s) Found! — marks your post as filled and hides the Contact button so no new emails come in. Your post stays visible until it expires.

↺ Reset — if plans fall through after marking found, Reset reopens your post so others can contact you again.

🗑 Delete — removes your post from the board entirely if you no longer need a partner.
