How It Works

Open the Buddy Board

Go to the link above — works in any browser, no app or account needed.

Select your name

Pick your name from the dropdown so others know who's who — and so you can manage your own post later.

Check the Active Posts board

Posts are grouped by date, with a badge showing what each player needs — 🔍 Looking for Playing Ptr(s) or 🟢 Has Room for More Player(s). Found a match? Click Contact [name] to email them.

Post your own availability

No match? Fill in the form: choose your Post Type (Ptr Needed or Openings in Group), pick your date and time, add an optional note, then hit Post to Bulletin Board. Your post goes live right away and triggers an email to the league.

Manage your post

Select your name to reveal action buttons on your post: Edit (update details), Partner(s) Found! (hide Contact button, stay visible), Reset (reopen after Found), Delete (remove entirely).

This group has open spot(s) — reach out to join them.

Button Guide
✉️ Contact [name]

Opens a pre-filled email to that player. Only visible on other people's posts, not your own.

✏️ Edit

Pre-fills the form with your existing post so you can update your note, time, or other details.

🤝 Partner(s) Found!

Mark your post as filled. Hides the Contact button so no new emails come in. Your post stays visible until it expires.

↺ Reset

Only appears after marking Partner(s) Found! Reopens your post for editing — use this if plans change and you need a partner again.

🗑 Delete

Removes your post from the board entirely. Use this if your plans changed and you no longer need a partner.
